FAQ

Further insights

Soulclick is operated under an SLA (Service Level Agreement). The SLA regulates response and support times by our customer success team and also incorporates license fees and operation (e.g. hosting, backups, etc.) of your software. Our support team speaks German, French, Italian and English.

Before your product launch, we'll advise you on the best-suited SLA package for your need. The minimum duration of the SLA is 1 year and will be automatically renewed for another years period without prior notice.

The best thing to do is send our customer success team a short message here and we'll schedule a call to discuss your needs. All Soulclick products can be combined with a number of upgrades, options and additional services - We'll be happy to take your specific needs into account and provide a tailor-made offer.

As Soulclick customer, you'll be supported by telephone, email or online ticketing system. Our customer success team is available during regular business hours from 9 am - 5 pm (MET). For your request, a support ticket is issued and efforts are billed on a monthly basis.
 

Outside business hours, we provide support on the basis of individual service level agreements.

Soulclick is a smart digital donation software and can be integrated in different ways. Depending upon your choice of product (e.g. widget, overlay or donation platform) and current technology landscape (e.g. CRM software, website, etc.) we'll work out an individual integration scheme and help you ensure amazing, seamless digital donor experiences. However, all products are self-service friendly and can be integrated by end users.
