What are the advantages of donation portals compared to donation forms?

Soulclick donation portals can be extended with dedicated campaign landing pages, perfect for donation emails or paid digital campaigns. These benefits typically go beyond what a standard donation form offers.

How is the donation portal integrated into my website?

Soulclick donation portals are typically integrated via a subdomain (e.g. donate.yourdomain.com). Campaign data flows directly into your organization’s Google Analytics account. If you choose the Soulclick Web product, your website and donation portal can be run on the same CMS and under a single domain.

What setup costs apply?

Setup fees start at CHF 5,900, plus onboarding support and optional features. In return, you receive a CMS-based donation solution with pre-built fundraising pages, automations, dashboards, and much more.

What operating costs apply?

Your Soulclick donation tool is provided as a SaaS subscription. Pricing starts at CHF 199 per month, plus any optional upgrades. The price includes all costs required for the secure operation of your online fundraising tool (e.g. licenses, hosting, updates, and backups). Soulclick does not charge donation-based transaction fees. Upon request, we’re happy to provide a cost comparison with your current donation solution.

What are the payment fees?

Payment fees vary depending on the payment provider:

  • Stripe: 2.2% (standard solution)
  • Own payment contracts: 1.2–1.4% (optional)


Important: Soulclick does not charge transaction fees. We only charge a fixed monthly subscription fee.
