Can I upgrade later?

Yes, your donation form can be upgraded at any time to a fully integrated donation portal. It can also be run together with our website solutions on the same CMS. Your donation and campaign history will, of course, be retained after the upgrade. Please email us at [email protected], and we’ll take care of the upgrade for you.

What setup costs apply?

There is no setup fee for the entry-level product. If you need more flexibility and support, we offer personal onboarding as well as paid upgrades. If you should have any questions, please do not hesitate to book a call.

What operating costs apply?

Your Soulclick donation tool is operated under a SaaS license. Pricing starts at CHF 99 per month, plus any optional upgrades. The price includes all costs required for the secure operation of your online fundraising tool (e.g. licenses, hosting, updates, and backups).Soulclick does not charge donation-based transaction fees. Upon request, we’re happy to provide a cost comparison with your current donation tool.

What are the payment fees?

Payment fees vary depending on the payment provider:

  • Stripe: 2.2% (standard solution)
  • Own payment contracts: 1.2–1.4% (optional)

Important: Soulclick does not charge transaction fees. We only charge a fixed monthly SaaS fee.
