FAQ

Insights on our Services

After installation we offer different SLA (service level agreements). Our Soulclick SLAs cover hosting, updates and support availability of your software plattform.We offer support in German and English. 

The conditions can be tailored to the needs of your organization and the current team situation. Your project manager will advise you on the SLA options before the installation is completed. The SLA term is one year and can be terminated with 3-months prior notice. 

In need of custom automations, analytics support or any other issue?
Please feel free to send an email to our customer success team on support@soulclick.ch and we will be glad to offer counselling. All Soulclick products can be combined with first class optional services.

All Soulclick customers can choose to receive support by phone or in writing (ticketing), with different response times depending on your service level agreeement. A support ticket will be opened for your request and expenses will be billed on a monthly basis. 
 
Our customer care team is available during business hours from 9 am - 5 pm (MET). Outside business hours, we provide support and service according to your individual service level agreement.

Soulclick is a digital donation solution that can be either integrated as an I-Frame or as a sub-domain on your website. We will be glad to support you and discuss the pros and cons of both options to find the right solution for you. 
As an option we offer to build your complete website on the Soulclick platform. In these cases the custom web application will be built on the Django framework and integrated in your Soulclick CMS environment.
